Built by an antenna DXer, for antenna DXers.

Jeff Bayly is a lifelong OTA enthusiast based in Ottawa, Ontario โ€” on a ridge in Navan that catches signals from Syracuse, Albany, Boston, and beyond. He built the most successful antenna-pointing app on the iOS App Store, expanding it to over 30 countries. He also built OTA Ottawa, a free TV listings app popular with local cord-cutters โ€” until TV listings data stopped being freely available. That's why OTADVR uses PSIP: the guide data is in the signal itself, always free.

Jeff currently runs four antennas of different types pointing in different directions, with automated nightly DX scans logging what comes in while he sleeps.
